Maybe I missed someone else posting this and I think this will be an added plus to NVC owners. The adjacent golf course will be "in the family", albeit the facility in total will be a Ritz Carlton. Article in the Orange County Register, but I can only see the first few lines - I don't pay them enough ;)

It is actually going to be a St. Regis, not Ritz Carlton as the new management. Marriott is not acquiring the property. You will be able to use Bonvoy points to book the St. Regis property.

Just a reflag of a hotel. No one is buying anything and nothing to do with time shares.

One plus to this is earning Bonvoy points for eating at their restaurants and playing golf. We don’t either one very often when we stay at NCV, but when we do …. It is a beautiful property!
