Got a 2 bed lock off at Marriott Shadow Ridge in Palm Desert for $297! It's week 43 float 22-27 and 36-49.

It'd be nice to have priority trading in II. We're flexible travelers and Palm Springs is a 2 1/2 hour drive for us!!

Wish us luck! If Marriott snatches it, oh well, I helped an owner sell!

Good luck. I had been bidding on DSV2 and SR units last year and eventually gave up because I had three out of three snatched. But in your case, it can't hurt to try - - it might go through.

BTW, when I "gave up" I ended up buying a DSV 1 unit from a Tugger. If you aren't already aware, Desert Springs Villas I, does NOT have a ROFR. The only downside of DSV1 is that their MF is about $75 more because it has access to the JW Spa.

We live in San Diego, and we love going to Palm Desert - - it is a nice short drive.
