Hi All,

Not sure if this is the right thread, but given how many rewards points most of us have as a result of our timeshare ownership, it probably affects everyone.

Has anyone recently noticed that virtually all base rate points redemption dates for every hotel are completely blacked out for 2020? I've checked about 20 hotels, selected Flexible Dates - 5 nights", gone through each month in 2020, and every single day of every single resort read "Not Available for Check In".

Am I missing something? Are they revising the category classifications these last few days of 2019 and blacked out points redemptions until they are finished?

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

Which hotels are you trying? I don’t seem to have this issue.
Just as an example - Hotel Nia in Menlo Park. But I've even tried Springhill Suites in Brentwood, Missouri. I can't even list all of the hotels I've tried. But if you're able to see points availability for either of those two, obviously the issue is on my end and I'll need to contact Marriott to see what the problem is.

Sorry, oddly enough I logged out of my Bonvoy account and now I am able to see the full availability. False alarm!
