Marriott Oceana Palms - floors

Hi,

Made a trade into Marriott Oceana Palms this morning.

Do the unit floors start on a ground floor or higher? Do all units have ocean views?

My daughter is super excited to visit Singer Island. My son-in-law and 3 year old granddaughter will be traveling with her. Looked like there is a splash pad area and small child’s slide at the pool from a picture I saw.

The actual villas start on the 7th or 8th floor since the parking garage occupies the lower floors. I actually prefer the 'lower' floors at this resort. Most balconies have a view of the ocean, especially in the sunrise building. I suggest requesting the North side because a new high rise tower now blocks the previous great views from the South. You will love the villas and balconies.

Is your trade oceanfront or ocean view? Also, when is it scheduled? Sunrise building and pool area renovations will be starting later this year.

i just looked up the code in II and it says DTBOV. I guess that means ocean view?

Yes, that does mean Ocean View.

My choice location at Oceana Palms with an Ocean View designation? I would request a western view (which looks at the inland waterway, or northern view (which can view some of the ocean, beach, and neighborhood buildings). If you request a southern view you will be looking directly at (and very close) a brand new condominium project called Amrit. Amrit is tall, and the sighting of the building occupies a good chunk of the side lot line.

May should be a wonderful time. The splash area is fantastic for the little one. Also, the activities folks are very engaged at OP. There will be no shortage of crafts and other activities. Make sure not.to miss the daily ice cream social at 3 and Fondue Friday!

Sound liked all the villas have some form of ocean view; except the southern building side.
Looking at Oceana Palms or Marriott’s Cypress Harbour for April 2021.
