The Ocean Club had a complete refurbishment about 2 years ago (?? it might have been 3 years ago). The SC had its first soft goods refurb. in the Compass building last year and in the Lighthouse building I believe this year. The Spyglass buildings are about 2 years old so everything is relatively new there..
