Does anyone have the 2020 MF breakdown for Monarch at Sea Pines? I don't see anything posted in the MF sticky. I am looking at buying a sport season float week for $325 + LT Transfers closing costs and wanted to get a history for the past few years. Thanks!

I found the 2020 MF on the owners site.

Operating Fee: $1028.71
Reserve Fee: $496.93
Prop Tax: $122.43
Total: $1648.07, 3.02% increase from 2019

Significant increase since the reserve fee special assessment was supposed to be from 2016-2019, right?

Damn, Years ago I owned a Crown Suite Week. Its MF was double the regular fee. That would be almost $3,300 or just South of $500 per night...
