Marriott Miami Doral access to Doral Resort?

Hi, just wondering if guests of the Doral Villas can use the pools at the Doral Resort? Thanks.

Also, you can usually find Marriott 2 for 1 golf coupons on eBay that are good at Doral.

Perhaps it is just me, but the Marriott timeshare in Doral had the least charm of any Marriott tiemshare I have visited. It is just like a courtyard off a busy road and had very little theming and a FAR drive to the beach. But the golf is awesome (world class).

Thanks for the info. I know it has little charm, but we are really after the pool and I heard the one at Doral Resort have a slide. We are city folks, so which would you recommend if our choices are: Marriott Ocean Point (Palm Beach), Marriott Doral (Miami) and Marriott Beach Place (Fort Lauderdale)? We love a great pool more than a beach...we like to eat also and are going with two kids, ages 8 & 5. Thanks....

Yes, guest at Villas Doral can go to the pool and use the complex at the Doral resort. We were there for one night last week on the way to KeyWest

If pool is all you are going for, I think that Doral pool can be less noisy than Ocean pointe.

I would give the nod to OP over the others, with BP not too far behind. BP is in an urban city beachfront location so you might not want another 'city' location ... but everything is within walking distance, and they might have some newly redecorated rooms for you by the time of your trip. OP is quite remote, many pools, and very kid oriented...but everyone's sleeping by 8 p.m.

Doral is a nice resort hotel and I'm pleased Marriott manages it - their pool is quite special, but I'm not a big fan of the TS there although they are all 2 bdrm suites...it just seems 'across the tracks' from the main hotel to me...and I found the whole area (other than the hotel) a little run down probably because it's close to the airport. The golf course is a work of art.

I am staying at the Marriott Shadow Ridge in Palm Desert in October and their course is closed for overseeding. Can you send me a link for Ebay
2 for 1 Marriott golf....I want to see if applies at other Marriott Palm Springs course
