Hi can someone tell me what would they pay for a , Marriott Kauai 1/2 odd year ocean front,
I have traded in to this timeshare many times . I think I am ready to own.

Three resorts, all quite different, though guessing you mean Kauai Beach Club.

check ROFR.net for historical values and Redweek.com for asking prices.

Personally, I’d also just call Syed at Advantage Vacations.com and ask.

Looks like on redweek, they're going for around 3.5k, + or - a little.

Marriott ROFR'd mine a couple of months ago (it was an annual); I doubt that Marriott is still active in the ROFR world. Which means the prices that existed two months ago have nothing to do with the current FMV.

I suggest offering about $2K for an eoy. MF's are high at that resort (>$2K annually for a 1bd OF) and I think you will find a willing seller at that price.

Unfortunately, closing costs are high for Hawaii and will be disproportionate on this one. But it is a wonderful, adult resort.
