Today, we locked off our 3BR Lakeshore 2013 week (Mar 31 - Apr 7). Since emails were not received confirming our two new reservation numbers, we logged in to our MR acct. Both reservations are showing, however the payment method on both reservations is oddly showing:

Rate Rules
Premier Points Discount, 30 percent off Regular rate

We've never seen this particular payment statement noted in any of our previous TS reservations - whether full unit or lockoff reservations.

Has anyone else seen this and if so, any idea why this specific statement is on the reservation? When speaking with the Marriott rep during the lockoff process, we were put on hold for a fairly long time and he apologized and said that he had to have a manager "force" both reservations. When we asked what that meant, he said it was a "technical" issue on their end. Again, we've never had someone tell us that a reservation(s) needed to be forced.
