Just wondering a couple of things concerning price and Marriott's ROFR.
I've made a couple of inquiries about buying weeks that would get me into Heritage Club in the spring and fall and into Ocean Watch in late August.
It seems that prices vary wildly!
So... I thought if possible I'd get some input from my TUG colleagues on pricing on these sorts of purchases AND on whether Marriott has any interest in ROFR on Heritage Club since it's been around so long. And also on OW, as far as anyone can guess.
Just want opinions....

There is no ROFR at Heritage Club.
That property was built before Marriott came up with that idea.
