Marriott Harbour Point...HHI....Week 35...$200 O.B.O

Hello all!

I have a Fixed week 35, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit at Marriott's Harbour Point at Shelter Cove in Hilton Head Island, SC for sale. Annual usage begins in 2012, and the 2011 maintenance fees were $1,045.70. I will be taking offers on this property for the next 2 days, so let me know if you are interested. The final cost will be your only cost, all closing costs, transfer fees, recording fees, etc. have been paid for. 2012 maintenance fees are due on 1/1/2012. Thanks!
