Hello, I am about to book a 1 BR here and they are 3 types to select. A smaller villa which I will not select , then a 1BR villa or a 1 BR villa master portion of 2 BR villa. The 1 BR and master portion have the same layout I size I guess. Are there differences in the view or floor or anything I should know before I select one or the other. Thank you.

I believe the smaller one is the 1BR side of the 3BR lock off. Here's a view diagram by @jwalk03 showing where the unit types are on each floor. The dedicated 1BR (green) and 1BR master of the 2BR LO (blue) look to be the same. I believe the 1BR side of the 3BR shares a vestibule entry with the 2BR side, so that may not be as desirable.
Yes the smaller 1 bedroom is the lockoff portion of the 3-bedroom and does share a vestibule entrance with the 2-bedroom side. This would be the least desirable option in my mind.
Either of the other two options would be better and basically the same. No real difference in view since each tower and floor is the same. Just ask for a high floor and a strip view in your preference email if that’s what suits you.
