Marriott Gold at STT Frenchman's Reef Hotel

Preparing for backup plans in case we can't find a satisfying rental week at Frenchman's Cove for end of May....
I just achieved Marriott Gold this year, hoping to make good use of it.
Does anyone know if the Frenchman's Reef Hotel would provide complimentary breakfast for Gold members?

Was at Frenchman's Reef back in Nov and they did not provide breakfast benefits to me and I’m Platinum. Many resort type Marriott’s don’t have a concierge lounge as they don’t get as many business travelers as the typical cities Marriott’s are located. A few do provide breakfast for example Key West provided breakfast coupons in the restaurant.

I’m not a fan for the Reef, would advise using the points for the Cove and just use the beach/pools at the Reef.

Resort properties are excluded from the requirement of providing lounge access or breakfast in the absence of a lounge to Gold and Platinum MR members. You may be lucky and get a room upgrade, but that will probably be about it.

we had a very nice upgraded room
renovation is great, rooms very nicely decorated - clean and fresh
went to Coco Joe's for breakfast, good food, good service, great spot right on the water and prices were reasonable

I cant speak for the Reef but when we stayed at Morningstar two years ago on a 7 day TP we received coupons for free breakfast at Coco Joe's for the entire time. I'm Platinum but I think I was Gold at the time.
