Does anyone know what I should expect to pay for a 2 bedroom gold season on resale?

Does anyone know what I should expect to pay for a 2 bedroom gold season on resale?
I don't know about Gold, but I payed $15,000 for a 2 bedroom Platinum a couple of months ago(that might be high now,we'll see).

WOW! 15k is a great price for a platinum week. The pre-construction prices started at about 33k. The lowest asking price on Redweek is 26k. Where did you find it? BTW the lowest Gold right now is asking 18k.

Haven't seen any Platinum's on EBAY yet.Not sure where bottom is.

Even in good economic times, since there is no ROFR at this property (unless I am mistaken) there are likely to be the occasional steals if you are a patient buyer, because invariably there will always be a desperate seller. These days, there are a lot of anxious sellers who need the money and/or want to get out from under the MF's, or simply can't afford to travel. Kinda sad....

I agree,it is sad. Hope I never end up in a situation where I have to sell out of desperation.
