Marriott Frenchman's Cove Dock Approval

The St Thomas Coastal Zone Management committee on December 31st 2008 gave Marriott the approval to reconstruct the dock at Frenchman's cove and to rpovide several swimming platforms, swimming buoys, and a floating dock.

Don't know what the time frame for completion would be?
