Marriott Cypress Harbour - which building to request?

Which buildings are best (newly remodeled and view) to request at Cypress Harbour? I've read in TUG reviews that building 74 can have a view of fireworks. If so, has this building been refurbished recently? Also, how do you go about putting in a building request with this resort?

At Cypress harbour now.
63 was renovated in the fall. It looks great. We have friends staying there now.
They just finished 64 and they are working on 65.
These all face west and overlook the lake.

74 has view of seaworld fireworks but are not every day. I would not pick 74 as it views part of golf course and another timeshare. Balcony faces north so no sun.
I think 50-57 are all renovated as well. 52 is next to the main pool

Hi,
Cypress has a new fitness centre and a Spa. They removed one of the tennis courts near check in and added a new building. It is great. Many cardio machines and other strength training machines. Also an area for free weights.

By moving the fitness centre from the activities area they were able to make a dedicated teen area.

We own at Cypress Harbour and where there in October, fitness center is great but don't forget about the spa we had a wonderful massage!!!

Have you looked at the sticky with the map of Cypress Harbour?
We stayed in building #54 and loved the location. It was close to the clubhouse, main pool, lake and nature walk. We were on the top floor, end unit with a nice view towards the lake. It was very quiet and close parking was never a problem.
I would think your teens would like to be close to the clubhouse & main pool area.

I like 53 the best. It isn't right next to the main building, but very close. Great views from the upper units.

Always ask for an end unit. You have nobody on your one side and have a better view from the balcony.

We stayed at Cypress Harbour few weeks ago. I had requested a recently refurbished unit and preferred lake view. They gave me a first floor unit in building 72. I declined it without even seeing it, felt it was so far from everything. Then they gave us a 4th floor unit in building 66 facing the golf course which really was just trees. First I was not happy but learned to really like it. A very short walk to the island pool and activity center was nearby. Plenty of parking available. No complains after all. I truly love Cypress Harbour. So much to do there.
