Marriott Crystal Shores – Anyone Purchase?? / Status of Available vs. Closed??

Has anyone on TUG purchased at Marriott Crystal Shores??
I was at a presentation and asked how many units / weeks had they already closed or had commitments to sell. They said every Penthouse was sold and they were about 80% committed / sold for the Platinum season. When I asked about the Gold season they did not know.
Is there anyway of truly knowing the status of available vs. closed??

No. Marriott doesn't publicize those statistics. Also, it's likely that all currently available-for-sale penthouse inventory may have been sold but that Marriott willl eventually make more available. The same will be true for Platinum. This is a big resort and Marriott will ensure that that it manages inventory in all categories in a manner such that all of the categories will be available (at least sometimes) for sale for a long time.
