Marriott Aruba Surf and Ocean Clubs Maid Service??

Someone mentioned to me that there is no maid service during the week that you own at the Surf and or Ocean Club. Trying to find out if this is correct or not.

There is one "tidy service" during the week. The actual day depends on check-in. Beds are made with existing linens, towels replaced, & room cleaned. If you want more than that you pay extra.

Personally, I'd just as soon have them give me fresh towels only. We don't mess up the room and would just as soon not have the intrusion and annoyance of having to put everything away for the maid to clean up !

Maid Service

At the Ocean Club, the maids tidy up in the middle of the week. I think you can get additional maid service but you have to pay for it.

I would prefer that they do away with the tidy service altogether, unless you request it and pay extra. It is a needless expense in my view.
