Does anyone have any idea if the OP 3 bedroom silver season is saleable, and what might it go for?Or should I try for a deed/back?

It should be saleable. You won't get rich on it but you should be able to sell it on your own.

I agree, silver at OP is pretty decent. It's likely the only property I'd consider owning at silver. OF, 3 BR and likely trades as well as a lot of gold weeks. You may want to talk to MVC about selling it there and what buyback options you might have. Good luck.

Thank you folks; I'm encouraged... It also has a lockout so it is really quite a nice timeshare to own...Just don't use it like we thought we would.

It should be something that would be reasonable for trading with II, as a lockoff it can trade as 2 units? Is it enrolled or eligible for enrollment, if so there are options there as well. Plus as a member of the Florida club you could potentially reserve for the other locations during the season, at least for those that have Silver Season. This option is certainly more limited for silver since only OP, LE & Doral have silver season but it does give additional options.

Very good for sale or a very good rental. I have been renting my OP OF for last few years. Great location and brand timeshare to own!
