I just won an auction on ebay for a 3 br lockoff during gold season at this resort for $4102 with $1146 maint. fee. I own HGVC but am completely new to Marriott. How is the price I am paying? How likely is it to pass rofr? What kind of trading power does it have given that it is 3br, however only in gold season, and in Orlando? Are the Maintenance fees high compared to other Marriot properties?
