Hey Guys! I have a friend that wants to purchase the 33rd. week at this resort is there anything we should know? the yearly fee is $333.00 so that tells us it's either a Bi-Annual ownership or a smaller unit. We are thinking of going directly to the resort. Please tell us what to do!!!
