Margaritaville ST. Thomas and Midtown 45 reservations "broken"

Just got off the phone with Wyndham VIP line. I was trying to make a reservation at Margaritaville St. Thomas in Feb 2025. Monthly Calander shows availability, but when you try to see what is available it craps out. Rep says Margaritaville and Midtown 45 are both "broken" (her words). She had to put a ticket. She says it they have been broken since last Thursday. They can't even make reservations with the house account. She said they can cancel reservations, but that's all. Maybe tomorrow's down time will give them a chance to fix it, but I am not holding my breath.

This issue really sucks. I too am trying to make a reservation to no avail. One reservation specialist told me to keep trying. I said to her, that's no acceptable; I want a ticket number, and was 'somehow' disconnected.

I got a ticket number later that day. My third call the next day I ask for them to make my reservation. Apparently they can't bypass the issue through the house account. It seems like every time Wyndham updates the website it creates another problem or two or many more. Why does it have to be like this?

The same problem persists with Emerald Grande.

The issue doesn't appear to be that big of a deal to Wyndham. After all, it's not a reservation system that is preventing paying customers from making reservations. Wyndham is receiving our money through maintenance fees whether the system is working properly or not.

FWIW, EH is showing Studio (and also King) availability at Midtown 45 for Dec 16-18.

Of course, EH (and Wyndham Rewards) are probably pulling inventory from
a different pool. Maybe even a different backend server system?

And finally, four days later, Midtown 45 reservations seem to be working fine.
I just pushed a reservation for late October all the way thru; and there
seems to be quite a bit of inventory visible.

Is anyone having any luck with the other locations that were broken?

Emerald Grande still down. I have three separate tickets for the issue. IT incompetence at its best.

Interesting. I have a ticket in on that one, and have received no notice it has been fixed. Didn't really expect one though.
