To the best of my understanding this is a straight up Margaritaville whole ownership resort and MVC isn’t involved at all. The only MVC integrated resort that I’m aware of on the roadmap is in Orlando (and there’s already an existing thread that covered that announcement).

Funny how they conveniently leave out that rather important part. I mean it's not a lie that it's being built and that it's a Margaritaville resort - they simply count on the fact that the prospect assumes it will be associated with MVC of course!

IME this is what timeshare salespeople are skilled at doing - they make statements but remove key contextual statements that would inform the buyer properly. We call it daze and confuse tactics.

I think in the process they daze and confuse themselves that what they're saying is absolutely fine and ethical because it's not technically a lie. High on their own supply.
