Given that bars and restaurants are already on reduced hours and occupancy, why bother with Mardi Gras 2021?

Yes, I had been expecting it for quite some time and it was announced by the city on the 17th. I delisted my rentals for next year yesterday (not that I had had much in the way of nibbles) and am in the process of changing them to 2022.
