Marbella for Christmas?

We are going to Playa Andaluza for Christmas. We are owners at Playa and have visted Marbella and Estepona quite a few times, but never the over Christmas holidays.

Will the restaurants outside of the resort be open? Does anyone have a suggestion for lunch on Christmas day? I don't want to cook, especially not a turkey .... I could stay at home and do that!

I am currently at Marbella Beach CLub and will be in Playa Andaluz next week.

Around Marbella Beach Club it looks like everything is open.

The weather is much better than the forecast sais everyday.

Weather forecast was rain every day this week and I saw no raindrop at all. Sometimes blue sky, sometimes some clouds, but always sun. Just too windy to ly on the sunbeds most of the time...
