Looks for some changes at the Bellagio Fountains. IMHO.
Look for a lawyer to become to a player in a lawsuit against Bellagio .. IMHO.

"A local homeless person." Probably not wearing a bathing suit. Might have been fully clothed. Might be up for a Darwin Award.

I'll be a shame if this incident prompts Bellagio to put up a fence.
.
Yeah, probably a combination of all of these. Up to 45% of homeless are estimated by HUD to be mentally ill. An autopsy should give more details.

Is this the first drowning at the Bellagio fountains that have been reported. It would be a shame , if they would have to install a fence.

I'm surprised that the fountains are that deep. We've watched them many times, but never realized that before. It's an unfortunate, but self-inflicted and unnecessary drowning. Definitely a potential Darwin-award candidate.

I'm surprised that they don't have that screen that most places with water shows have. I don't know what you call it, but it's like a raccoon cover that you can't see very well because it's under water. That would keep people from swimming.

In contrast, the main pool at the Kauai Poipu Point is only 3 feet deep at its DEEPEST ! I've always wondered by it is so shallow....

I have seen the maintenance crew using boats to go out and work on the fountains.
