For those making weeks reservations online over the past few months, did you have multiple windows and/or devices opened and signed on? In the past I always had a second device and/or different browser window open, because we all know the site occasioanlly freezes or you get the wheel just turning. When making reservations earlier this year I was locked out online when I tried to complete the reservation, and the message wasn't clear but could have been interpreted as being due to having multiple windows open. Obviously, I didn't click on dates on multiple windows, but just had the calendars loaded in case I needed another window.

I'm assuming others have done the same thing and wanted to know if it's been an issue. My problem over the winter was during a period where there were intermittent online problems, so it was likely a system glitch, but just checking that others have been making weeks reservations online successfully with backup windows open (signed into account, calendars loaded but obviously not trying to click on calendar dates on multiple windows).

Thanks for the feedback- I'd rather not learn the hard way and lose a reservation slot.

I do but I use separate accounts to do this, same for points reservations.

hmmm- I always did it with a single account. Never signed hubby up for an account. Not even sure what his account number is; maybe I should look for it. Are the other account holder numbers listed online anywhere?

Anyone do it with the same account?

You can do a chat to ask for the Customer ID of the other owners on the ownership.

Thanks- Chat had no one online for a change, but calling in worked to get the account number.

But still would like to know if others have had multiple windows open for the same account. I'm usually not that obsessive, but when making reservations I've learnt that more is better, so I usually like to have two windows open on my computer and one on my iPad.
Before the system "upgrades" over the winter that worked for over a decade but

I tried this morning using my computer and phone as a backup. I got kicked out as well.

When I got back in at 9:01 nothing was available. I kept refreshing for the next few mins and a unit popped up at 9:05.
