Hi all..
I just called about my upcoming maintenance fees for 2024. I usually have opted for a payment plan like 3 months and was informed I must pay the total before Feb 1st or incur a $75 late fee ! I was surprised as I've never run into this. Anyone else ? My resorts have chosen not to have a payment plan in place which is disappointing. Thx.

I just received the same news -- on my Gaslamp Plaza Suites unit.
I've paid quarterly for years.
Apparently Capital Vacations -- who now manages the property -- doesn't offer this option.
It was especially disconcerting because I assumed 2 additional weeks at Gaslamp Plaza from a Tug Member.

VRI is now owned by Capital Vacations. Seems like CV is the reason for change in policy.

Ok.. thank you. I plan to call my resorts to complain even it won't do anything but this was unexpected with no heads up.

I have an update.. I called my individual resorts and was informed that yes payment plans are available. I called the Myrtle Beach office and set up my payments. No problem. One if my resorts was aghast and said several members had complained. So hope this helps others !!!
