We like to prepay our maintenance each month but today we are having issues. Has anyone else had issues prepaying maintenance recently? Keeps giving me errors like it’s missing name or city when it’s clearly not

Will try from another browser incase

I just need to understand the logic of PrePaying when it is not due until Jan?

You should prepay into your own account then full pay on due date.
Your advice makes good financial sense when high interest savings accounts are easily earning 4 to 4.5% these days.

Not sure if this is the case of OP, but know some people to prepay large bills to meet spending requirements for credit card promo/sign-up bonus.

I have done that with other bills in the past... Though I do also use the high yield saving account approach, and have a direct deposit out of my paycheck each month going to my "travel fund" that covers all my MF and some of my other travel expenses.

I would agree that it's often better to hold on and make a little on the money but there are reasons to pay ahead in some situations. I'd try a different browser, maybe chrome if that's not what you're using. You might try using a phone instead if that doesn't work. Another thing I've had success with is signing out then back in closing the browser completely when I did so before signing back in.

Save your money in your bank, savings or stock accounts. Marriott’s does not need your small pre paid maintenance fees.

We have family traveling with us who opened a Bonvoy card and need to get to the minimum spend. Instead of giving us cash for their trip my husband said they could put it towards our maintenance. When we travel with family we like to prepay the maintenance as a way of letting them get the points and not having to wait for them to send cash or have to ask again.
