Maintenance issue at La Belle Maison

I received an email today saying that my upcoming reservation to La Belle Maison has to be cancelled due to maintenance issue closing the entire resort, but the email failed to mention which reservation and I have several upcoming reservations.

I called the number in the email and only receive someone's voicemail (likely the person handling the issue). I tried several times and all I get is the voicemail. I tried the regular customer service number and they refer me back to that same phone number.

Anyone hear what's going on and when?

We're planning to check in on 12/28/2015 so I hope for no issues at La Belle Maison. Have not received any emails.
