I am trying to figure out my maintenance fees. The blue green customer service cant help- or more accurately, I get different answers from different folks. I am trying to figure out the name of the company who oversees the maintenance fees since blue green told me it is a different company that oversees and collects them. I figured it was blue green- but they told me otherwise.
I want the name of the company, an phone number and address if possible so I can write them-not great with the computer-plus i dont have a printer to print their response.
can anybody help me?
thanks,
D

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
The HOA from each resort sets the budget. In many cases the HOA is stacked with individuals with ties to the management company. If you own points with bluegreen it gets complicated because you likely own in a trust that has a budget and MF's derived from 20+ different resorts plus fees to maintain the trust.

If you own a deeded week that has never been enrolled in points at a specific resort managed by bluegreen then you should go directly to the HOA.

I think one of the management functions of bluegreen is to collect the MF's on behalf of the HOA's.

Ohhh- ok. Who are the HOAs? is there a way I can see the names of them? I read my contract and I only see "HOA" none names specifically. (20 different resorts! wow. This is complicated)
Can I find out the name of the trust? I'm not to great with understanding the legal language of the contract. I am asking for some interpretation about the maintenance fees. Mine were nearly $3K and I want a break down - a more clear picture of what the fees are for.

Depends on the underlying Deed, Which week & resort its located at. IF its a points deed then strictly bases on the trust fund and total amount of points. Example: 50,000 points trust fund E x .0568= 2900 $ plus the club base fee=350$.
