Dear Members of the Sheraton Broadway Resort Family, Happy 2025 and I wish you another great year of travel and creating memories! I wanted to personally thank you for your continued support of our “Home away from Home” in South Carolina. I am very pleased to share with you that there are GREAT things going on at your resort in Myrtle Beach.
• As you probably already know, we are now celebrating our 4 th year as a member of the Marriott Vacation Club family, and with the addition of the Abound by Marriott VacationsTM program you have even more opportunities for amazing vacation experiences.
• Our leadership team led by Josh Smith and his amazing staff at the resort are working hard on a major renovation of our campus resort and suites. This renovation has already begun (in fact buildings 1 through 8 are already completed and look amazing). The remaining facilities will be upgraded beginning this fall and will run through Spring of 2025.
• Renovations include all new furniture, upgraded appliances, design improvements as well as safety and fire upgrades in every room.
• The inside pool has been totally renovated and our 18-hole golf course is up and running, so make sure to bring your putter!
• To ensure that you have a safe and pleasant visit, we have engage d a new housekeeping partner and our security team is now part of the resort staff.
• Lastly, our activities team will be curating a resort experience for all ages with socials, pool parties and music and is working to expand the list of fun activities for you and your family.
As you’ll see in our 2025 Annual Budget, our annual maintenance fee will increase by 3.4 % which is a significant reduction from 2024. Your Resort Team and the Board are committed to being as frugal as possible, but we also want you to be proud of your home resort when you come to visit.
Under previous management there was a postponement of required maintenance and improvements. Like your own home, we need to invest the resources necessary to keep your vacation home better than the resort that you bought into.
