No "Easy Button"...

Where can I find historical maintenance fees for timeshare resorts?

I don't believe that any such centralized, collective info source exists anywhere on Planet Earth.

Better to identify a specific property or chain and ask for the input of owners there, who can provide some historical perspective for you.

its something asked for when someone enters sales history data (which is displayed on resort review pages individually)

however its an optional field.

If it's timeshare info , it might as well exist on planet TUG.

Brian,

Can you add a tab for maintenance fees on the resort review pages? I think tuggers would be happy to fill this out and view this info.

The maintenance fees (labeled fees) is listed under sales history. Is this for sales and rental price history only or can we add maintenance fee history as well?

For the Wyndham Resorts, Glen B. (over on the Wyndham Resorts Forum) has a historical spreadsheet covering the fees at the resorts since the mid-90's. Very good info in the sheets, worth a visit to the site.

you can add whatever you like when you enter price history data.

we would certainly like the sale price or rental price if possible...vs just an entry with a maint fee.
