When are maintenance fees for HRC normally due? Is the due date the same for all owners or is the due date based on your ownership week or location or something else?

Based on each resort location. I had three different due dates this year, Jan 1, Jan 5, and Jan 24th

I believe it was Jan 1st for HPP.
