Maintenance/Clue Dues

I recently became (January 2016) an owner with MVC with 2500 points annually. Being 28 years old and with me and my wife loving to travel figured this could be a good idea and payoff in the long run regarding hotel fees. However I can't find the information about dues. Will my main. Fees and club dues always stay this same as when I initially made the purchase or will they increase yearly?

Does the new Marriott Vacation Clue with destination points main. Fees increase every year since it's not tied to one particular hotel building like the older timeshares? Anyone have any information for me? Thanks!

They will go up pretty much every year.

MF increased on DC trust points have gone up at a more reasonable pace than the underlying weeks MFs. The good thing about points MFs is that they are an overall average of the underlying weeks. They still go up. But if one resort goes up 10% and another goes up 2%, the pionts MF is somewhere in between.
