I was outlooking at HGVC resale deed listings on ebay / Judi's site / TUG. These seem to be pretty decent visibility for activity in the market.
I've focused in on Las Vegas due to attractive MF. But then, I was thinking - is there material difference between the different HGVC LV properties in terms of future marketability for when we are ready to unload the deeds (say in 10 years).
I know Elara is a great place to stay and it's a large property, so there seems to be a lot of inventory. But BLVD and Paradise also have decent inventory. I don't pay much attention to the other 2 HGVC options (Flamingo and Trump). The Elara pricing seems consistently higher for asking prices, but that doesn't mean they transact higher and there really isn't enough data on rofr.net to glean real insights (though elara seems to have more "firesale" listed most recently).
Anyway, it got me thinking - are any of these properties better (or less well) positioned for future resale over the others? Anyone have thoughts or opinions?
We expect to pick up at least 1 additional deed, hopefully this year - I'm just generally watching Vegas to see if a deal comes through (we aren't in a hurry as we have enough points for this year anyway, so will wait for a good deal to find us)
