Fia Fia, but if you can't make Tuesday, Chief also has another luau ("Chief's Luau") at the waterpark every Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu, and Fri.

There's also Paradise Cove...while the food is really good, Chief's show is much better.

A friend of mine is flying to Oahu in a few weeks and was asking me what I know about Luau's. If my memory serves correctly, Fia Fia used to be presented on Tuesday nights at Marriott's Ko Olina resort. Does anyone know if Fia Fia is still putting on a show @ Ko Olina in light of the Covid...

The food was average. For us, the show is primary, and the food is secondary...Fia Fia/Chief's has the best show. The food at Paradise Cove was better than Fia Fia, but not enough to make it better overall.
When we were there in 2018 to was the same group and likely the same food for both. We did the Chief's because it was quite a bit cheaper. IIRC it was over $400 cheaper for our group of 15 due to having a child that was free but wouldn't have been at Fia Fia and the 20% discount. . Food was just OK but the show was the best we've seen out of a dozen or so total. And the people were far more personable than any I've been to. I just had a friend who went at our suggestion and they are very please with it.
