Word reached us several years ago that Lowveld Lodge converted itself to a non-timeshare resort, meaning it was no longer any good to us because all we used it for was RCI exchanges into nice USA timeshares.

We quit paying levies & stopped responding to statements, etc. I can only assume that our non-payment eventually triggered forfeiture or relinquishment procedures in that country, such that we are no longer owners at Lowveld Lodge. We no longer receive any communication of any kind from Lowveld Lodge.

It was nice while it lasted. Fortunately we paid peanuts for it, so the loss is minimal.

So it goes.

Ours was the same scenario, Alan. We haven't paid MF's since Bullfrog worked his hocus pocus and denied us any benefits to ownership, while still expecting us to pay our fees annually. We sent no money , and haven't heard from them in years, but now we got a letter stating the whole thing is being sold and we should fill out the forms to receive any monies after disbursements, except if we owe them any back payments.

I'm not touching that with a ten foot pole! LOL

Dori.
