Low water pressure at Old Key West/Other Resorts too?

On my stay at OKW , my unit had low water pressure in all bathroom faucets, barely any water coming out
when someone used another faucet.
I was told by maintenance that the above is caused by low gpm faucet aerators used thru-out the resort.
Did anyone else have the same issue here?
So, does anyone know which resorts have better water flow?
Oh yeah, went to the front desk to tell them and they offered a quick meal.
Thanks

Never noticed any issues. Low-flow aerators are a pain in the butt but do save water.

We live in CA and have water restrictors on every faucet and shower head in the house. Flow to one does not change when another is used. I am not a plumber, just a water user, but I would push back on that storyline.

We were at OKW in March and didn't notice this. We had enough water pressure to fill the big tub for my granddaughter with no problem. I can't see how the aerators on one faucet would effect the others.

I grew up in a house with a well and a water pump. We often had issues with pater pressure when someone else turned on another tap. Same with temperature too. I wouldn't expect that to happen at a modern resort and haven't noticed it when staying at OKW. Though I doubt we were ever running two faucets at the same time.

Tub,shower, kitchen worked fine. Bathroom faucets were the issue.

They just didn't want to fix it.
Call the manager.

Could not call the manager because OKW 's procedure is to go thru the front desk. Which i did and they sent
their plumber out. He sawed everything I wrote about and explained the problem was due to the use of low pressure gpm faucet
aerators.
But I did leave a message with the front desk to have the manager call me . He or she never did.

I know it's a pain but if you go down to the front desk and ask for the manager in person they will come out.
They like to hide but if you insist they WILL make an appearance.
Just gotta be nice and insist that you need to speak to a manager because it's a problem that nobody else can solve.
Unfortunately I've had to do it a few times and have even had them return my points without even asking.
If this is an exchange maybe they wouldn't be as willing to accommodate but I know as a member they will try to
make it right and almost always seem to do it. Not sure if that's the difference but I don't think they treat exchangers
any different, not sure.

Are you on the 2nd floor? I always get a 1st floor unit in OKW and I know in some buildings the higher up you go
the worst the water pressure so maybe going lower might help. Just a thought. I hate those water regulators.
You could take it off. I know my family would figure out a way to remove it if they wouldn't. LOL.

At WDW all calls to any resort’s “front desk” go to a call center somewhere. They’re supposed to take a message and transmit it to the right people, but multiple reports confirm that doesn’t happen as it should. Calls for maintenance, housekeeping, and Bell Services generally are handled correctly, but calls with questions for the front desk and requests to speak to the manager often are not.

So in future if you want to speak to the manager or other front desk personnel, it’s best to go in person to the front desk. Otherwise there’s no telling when or even if the right person will get the message.

Sad but true.

maybe debris in the aerator? Someone we know who took out the aerator in their units shower @ resort when visiting. ( is a plumber)

Our son has been known to take his travel tool kit, and he is not a plumber. It only took one shower with issues and he started taking a wrench and a multi tool.

We were there last June and never had any problems so that excuse seems like total BS.

That's inexcusable. I would have to insist that someone come to the room and check.
