We had front row balcony seats to Love at the Mirage. We enjoyed the show very much. I was glad for those seats during the large floating canopy scene. It was extraordinarily impressive from that viewpoint. Those sitting below get a different experience and won't get to see the incredible view--perhaps we will go back someday and sit in a lower section for that experience, too, but for now, we were quite pleased with our seats.
Les Miserables at Tuacahn was a tear-jerker for sure. The man singing the role of Javier was superb. When he sang "Stars" and you could look up and actually see the stars, it was quite emotional. Loved the fireworks. You won't get that in an indoor theater! Our only complaint was the cold. We dressed in layers and had some thin blankets and gloves but it wasn't enough. We were quite uncomfortable from the cold the entire evening. Many people were in parkas and had quilts. I wished I had thought to bring the handwarmers I had in the glove compartment of my car. We felt sorry for the actors. Little Cosette had bare arms. Some of the actors had bare feet. Brrrrrr. But all in all, a glorious production.
