Lots of March inventory on RCI, but I won't burn my 1 in 4.

RCI is awash in March inventory. I'd love to book something, but I don't want to use up a 1 in 4 or unnecessarily.
Do you know if they are relaxing on the 1 in 4 rule in response to COVID19?
