I own a week at Ridge Tahoe Resort which I did a Request First exchange request for my 2021 week (back in October 2019). I cancelled that request in February and my exchange fee was refunded. In the mean time, HICV purchased the Ridge Tahoe Resort in November 2019, and HICV claims that week was already deposited and exchanged with Interval. When I try to deposit the week, HICV will not let the deposit go through. After a call with HICV, myself and Interval, where Interval confirmed the week was never deposited, HICV is 'researching it', Any advice on who I can contact to deal with this? I'm not sure I've gotten through to the right person that can solve this for me, as I've spent upwards of 5 hours on phone calls. At this point, I have lost the use of my week and the capability to exchange it, but will still be responsible for my maintenance fee come December.
