I am wishing to purchase a timeshare on secondary market. Did this years ago with a company in Seattle called Holiday. It was a wonderful experience. We met the agent at his office face to face. He helped us find the perfect timeshare for our needs. The agent managed everything for us with closing and final documents. The transaction went very smoothly. However, the company who we used is no longer around. I have tried redweek and gotten nowhere. Does such a company exist anymore where you can meet someone face to face for used timeshares?

Yes, there are licensed timeshare brokers who can assist you. They tend to specialize in systems and locations. What home location or system are you interested in? Once we know that we can provide recommendations.

If you don't know yet, please copy, paste and complete the "What should I buy" questions from the sticky in either this forum or the "New to Timesharing" Forum

Since you live in Seattle, I recommend WorldMark.
There are many "drive-to" destinations within 2 - 6 hours of Seattle.
There are about 90 resorts from which to choose.
It is a points system. The minimum account size is 5,000. Many people own 10,000 or 20,000 or even 100,000+.
You may reserve as many or as few days as you need, for the credits (points) you wish to spend (not restricted to a full week at a time).
You may reserve the unit size you need for each of your vacations. (not restricted to a certain size unit).
You may reserve any time of year (not restricted to a fixed week, or a specific season).
