Hello all,
My family is going to PV (staying at the GM in Nuevo) over New Years. We are looking to extend our stay from Jan 5-8, 2024. I'm wondering if there are any Mexico TS systems that allow partial week reservations? My aunt owns at Paradise Village and they do allow this but she doesn't have enough points. Any other places out there to look into?

We have extended stays in our travel by using good-ol' cash. Our favorite source is www.cheapcaribbean.com/ These are mostly AI, but you can book as many- or as few nights as you wish. And nobody will be requiring you to take a timeshare tour.

Thank you for this. Yes, we usually do this too. We have 4 kids though and are trying to be economical for the last few days!

It might be cheaper to find a Fri-Fri week with an exchange, even though you will not be using the last half of the week.

Check out Ocean Breeze - aka Mayan Sea Garden .You can rent by the night. Our friends did this in 2022 . The hotel rooms were billed in pesos and worked out to about $ 100 usd a night- booked directly [ am assuming the 1 in 3 exchange rules for Vidanta are a complication and booking as Ocean Breeze avoids that issue] located down the beach from "big Vidanta , It is oceanfront - nice pool - onsite restaurant walk to OXXO & restaurants nearby.

Villa Varadero is in the same area as Sea G. / Ocean B. (Nuevo Vallarta Marina) and has some 1 & 2 bedrooms. I checked it out when we stayed at the Sea Garden. It is oceanfront ( fyi- pool is small) walk to OXXO & restaurants nearby. It is AI optional. You can book via Expedia etc.

In the Puerto Vallarta Marina area is Vamar Vallarta. Has some multi bedroom suites .AI is about $ 39 pp / pd.
If you book early the room price will likely be lower than waiting to later. You can book via Expedia etc.
An OXXO is down the street.

Worldmark * * Villa Del Palmar UVCI * * Vacation Internationale*
The Villa del Palmar allows members to break a week into 3 or 4 nights. Vacation Internationale Vallarta Torre allows members to reserve by the day. Both are AI optional.
