If a person owns at Wyndham Orlando International Resort, or whatever it's called, does that give you ARP to Bonnet Creek? Is it in the same club for ARP?

I am just wondering because I do have access to the Kauai resorts ahead of everyone else as an owner of Bali Hai and Shearwater.
I believe your Hawaii ARP is due to Outrigger/Kai. There's no similar club-within-a-club for the Orlando resorts.

Not unless it's explicitly listed for RARP in the contract itself. As others have said, there's no local resort based shared ARP like the Outrigger resorts or the Myrtle Beach resorts have along this line.

Taking the advice in this thread I’ve started looking at red week to find some of the lower maintenance fee resorts rather than worrying about ARP. A lot of the red week listing don’t seem to list points, they just list it as a unit size and floating week, or something like that. Is there something I am missing? Do some of these Wyndham resorts have contracts that don’t involve points?

I just wanted to drop in to update and again thank everyone for their advice and help. After a month of stalking ebay I was able to snap off a 252k point Bonnet Creek Contract for $735 with free closing costs. I had also been looking at some of the lower maintenance fee resorts, but i the end I wanted to make sure I had that ARP in case I decided to try to get some hard to get room configurations during peak times. Thank you everyone for your help!

So this deed was recorded and was sent to Wyndham on November 4th. It’s apparently been sitting with Wyndham ever since then with no action per the escrow agent (Resort Closings Inc.) Is this normall? Should I be worried? We were really hoping to use these points to book a Christmas 2023 trip and now I’m concerned it’ll be sold out because I won’t get them in time to use ARP.

I'm not sure what their typical turnaround time is now, but 8-12 weeks was not unusual a few years ago. You should be able to call Wyndham Title department and inquire about status, 800-251-8736, option #2, then "title and ownership changes". It helps if you have the contract number from the deed.
