Hi, I'm pretty new to the board and wasn't sure if I should post here or in the bargain section.

I am looking to take over for free or pay very little for a Westgate Lakes Orlando 3 or 4 bedroom unit floating week preferably annual use . I would be willing to pay a reasonable (small) amount but would like the transaction to be a title exchange or gift or whatever has to be done so Westgate doesn't get the ROFR again.

I know Westgate has a bad rep here but I have friends that own there and my wife and kids (and I) enjoy staying there.

(story if you're interested:I went under contract in January with a resale broker and after 3 months Westgate lakes finally gave approval (did not excercise their ROFR) so I got the final paperwork and found that the unit was a fixed week, though the ad and my contract had said floating week.)
