Any help is appreciated. The owners websites don't allow non owner access. Thanks!
It technically is not a Marriott Vacation Club property. I'm not sure one would find any resale listings in Marriott Facebook groups. The Renaissance Aruba timeshare is colocated with the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort that is part of the hotel chain within Marriott International (hotel company).Renaissance is in the Marriott family. Perhaps checking out some Marriott Facebook groups would give results?
Perhaps if someone in one of those groups also owns Renaissance Aruba.Perhaps someone would have info to share however?
There are two intermingled properties at Wind Creek. The Renaissance hotel/resort and the Ocean Suites timeshare units. Timeshare units are on the other side of the street close to the water. They make up floors 1, 3 and 5 of that building. Floors 2 and 4, as noted above, are hotel/resort units. The section of the property on the city side of the street is all hotel rooms.I wonder if Is Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort is a timeshare and affiliated?
I just remember seeing one named Renaissance Wind Creek when we were in Curaçao and wondered if they were affiliated. But I don’t think so from what I recently read. There are two intermingled properties at Wind Creek. The Renaissance hotel/resort and the Ocean Suites timeshare units. Neither the timeshare units or the hotel is affiliated with Marriott Vacation Club. You can book the hotel on Marriott.com as it is a Marriott International (hotel company) brand.
I understand now. Both the Aruba and Curaçao properties are owned by the same company; Wind Creek Hospitality, an authority of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians. Thus how it got its name.I just remember seeing one named Renaissance Wind Creek when we were in Curaçao and wondered if they were affiliated. But I don’t think so from what I recently read.
