Casa del Mar Aruba
Any help is appreciated. The owners websites don't allow non owner access. Thanks!

Have you checked the various resale listing websites?

Yes but very low response or none at all. Thanks.

Renaissance is in the Marriott family. Perhaps checking out some Marriott Facebook groups would give results?

It technically is not a Marriott Vacation Club property. I'm not sure one would find any resale listings in Marriott Facebook groups. The Renaissance Aruba timeshare is colocated with the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort that is part of the hotel chain within Marriott International (hotel company).

Perhaps someone would have info to share however?
Perhaps if someone in one of those groups also owns Renaissance Aruba.

It seems this property doesn't come up for sale all that often. I only see two listed on Redweek and both are priced at over $10,000. I don't think there are a lot of units there as the timeshare is only in the Ocean Suites and I think they only make up three of the five floors.

Timeshares at this resort is very sought after. Not many are listed for sale because owners are not selling. Those that do get listed get snatched up pretty quickly and most often receive more than asking. Although it is under the Marriott brand, it isvand does things very different and internal. The timeshares are fixed weeks, but because floors 2 and 4 at Oceans Suites belong to the resort, if one needs to switch their fixed week to another week, the resort will move the requested week to the resort room and rent out the original week. As well it is very easy to rent out your week so it is very flexible.

I wonder if Is Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort is a timeshare and affiliated?

The Renaissance on Aruba is a hotel and in an excellent location for a vacation.

There are two intermingled properties at Wind Creek. The Renaissance hotel/resort and the Ocean Suites timeshare units. Timeshare units are on the other side of the street close to the water. They make up floors 1, 3 and 5 of that building. Floors 2 and 4, as noted above, are hotel/resort units. The section of the property on the city side of the street is all hotel rooms.

Neither the timeshare units or the hotel is affiliated with Marriott Vacation Club. You can book the hotel on Marriott.com as it is a Marriott International (hotel company) brand.

I just remember seeing one named Renaissance Wind Creek when we were in Curaçao and wondered if they were affiliated. But I don’t think so from what I recently read.

I understand now. Both the Aruba and Curaçao properties are owned by the same company; Wind Creek Hospitality, an authority of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians. Thus how it got its name.
