Looking to book at Moon Palace Cancun!

Good Morning!
This is my first time posting here but have enjoyed reading through threads from time to time.
My family and I are looking to stay at Moon Palace in Cancun. We have a total of 6 (2 Adults; 4 under 12). We would like to stay at the Grand and very flexible on dates. Whatever month/weeks are the cheapest: We are there!
I'm having trouble getting any response on the market place so I thought I would try posting here.

I stayed at the Moon Palace a few years ago. From what I have seen renting from a Palace member isn't going to be significantly cheaper. It is often a similar price but you get additional perks vs booking direct. They also have very few 2 BR units so booking 2 hotel units are often less than half of what it would cost for the 2 BR but with the ages of your children that may not be an option unless you would be willing to put one adult in each unit. Check ou ebay, there are members who offer there and you can message to get quotes.

you might fit into a 1-bd which sleeps 6. The all inclusive fee is a killer. I’m checking II getaways and it’s over 12k for a week just FYI. If anyone finds a cheaper way, please share as I’m also interested.

There are facebook groups where you can find a member to rent thru. I have done this for an upcoming trip in November of this year. Was a decent amount cheaper than booking direct. And you are really still booking direct just using the members portal to book thru. You get sent a link directly from Moon Palace to make payment to.
