Good luck finding something. Mine are not oceanfront, but if they were, I wouldn't be having a difficult time renting them for a lot more than $800/ week.

I have later weeks available, will be adding them later. There are some being offered on the available list just not these weeks.

I have 1 bedroom at Sheraton broadway plantation for up to 4 people 7/25-8/1 sat to sat. $625 for the week
