Looking for lodging one night near Shreveport.

We'll be headed thru this summer and are looking for one night accommodations in the Shreveport area. Nothing fancy, just a place to lay our heads. Although a nice breakfast the next morning would be a nice way to start the day. Thanks for any info!

Motels in Shreveport

Go on hotel.com and there are several chains and other motels mostly along the interstate. Have not stayed in any so can not recommend.

Try Priceline. There are the casinos that also should usually have good rates Sun-Wed (before all the Texans come for the weekend). Also, the airport is on the west side of Shreveport right off I-20 so there are a bunch of motels in that area also.

Thanks for "placing" the airport for me Jim. I'll keep in mind that that area might be an option. Maybe all the Texans won't bother me too much :).
